Our consultancy was formed in 1989 and have established a proven track record in providing support and specialist expertise to Clients with either contracted out or self - operated/pupil catering facilities (please see our case studies).

Our principal, David Moss, has 20 years experience in the consultancy field and is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.  David’s operational experience lies in the hotel, contracted out and retail catering sectors.

All of our team have held very senior positions within the catering, hospitality industry, hence have a wealth of experience to draw on. But of fundamental importance, we all share a passion for good food.

We believe we are here, almost 20 years from our conception, because we endeavour to provide a service which is second to none. We thrive on Client satisfaction and their recommendations/referrals.
